What to Expect:
Our caregivers are not independent contractors, they are employees of Waverly Care.
All applicants are required to have multiple face-to-face interviews, reference checks, criminal clearance, a Penndot Driver’s Record check, drug screening, and infectious disease screening. We also require a comprehensive orientation program, participation in in-services, and regular review of each employee’s performance. Additionally, flu shots are required and will be provided.
