We are here to help make your move to Waverly Heights a seamless experience. The process begins with completing a Priority Membership Application, accompanied by a fully refundable application deposit, ensuring your peace of mind. Our friendly team will then guide you through the necessary reviews and get your preferred residency. Follow the steps below to experience extraordinary living at Waverly Heights!
Residency at Waverly Heights is open to individuals aged 60 and above, embracing diversity and inclusivity without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or familial status.
Steps to Becoming a Resident
- Application and Priority Membership: Submit a Priority Membership Application with a $2,500 refundable deposit to join the Priority Membership List and indicate your preferred residency type and year.
- Financial and Medical Review: Complete a Confidential Financial Statement and required medical documents to confirm financial and health qualifications, including insurance coverage and a medical review by Waverly staff.
- Acknowledgement of Residency: Upon passing the financial and medical reviews, Waverly will confirm eligibility; reviews may need updates if health or financial changes occur within six months.
- Selection of a Residence: When your desired residence is available and you have been approved, you’ll be contacted to accept or decline without affecting your Priority Membership List status.
- Residence and Care Agreement and Fees: Upon accepting a residence, sign the Residence and Care Agreement, pay 10% of the Occupancy Rights Fee, and complete remaining fees and agreements on the Occupancy Date.
