Executive Team
Thomas P. Garvin
President and Chief Executive Officer
Tom has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Waverly Heights since July 2010. From 2006 until joining Waverly, he was the Executive Director for Christ’s Home Retirement Community, a continuing care retirement community located in Bucks County, PA.
Prior to 2006, Tom served as Administrator and Regional Director of Operations at Manor Care, Inc. Tom began his professional career in 1991, working in various management positions with The Four Seasons Hotel Chain. He received his B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Pennsylvania State University in 1991. In 1995, he received his Master of Management degree in Health Care Administration. Tom is a licensed nursing home administrator.
Robert L. Supper
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Bob joined Waverly Heights in May 2013. He has over 30 years of experience in the senior living/continuing care retirement industry. Bob served as Vice President of Operations for the Mid-Atlantic Region for ACTS Retirement Life Communities, Inc., and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Dunwoody Village in Newtown Square, PA.
Bob has extensive experience in finance, long-range planning, resident, staff and employee relations, and operations. Bob received his B.S. in Business Administration from West Chester University and his Master of Business Administration in Management from St. Joseph’s University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Nursing Home Administrator.
Meredith Feher, N.H.A.
Senior Vice President of Healthcare Services
Meredith has served Waverly as Vice President of Healthcare Services since 2014. Meredith brings to Waverly more than 20 years of healthcare experience, having served in a leadership position at Abramson Center for Jewish Life, in management at various healthcare facilities, and as a mentor in areas of market development, census strategy, and community relations.
She received her B.S. in Special Education from West Chester University. She is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Personal Care Administrator and Nursing Home Administrator.
